Ca gl. mammae dx. T2 N1 MO. ER cnegative. Cytostatic syndrome. Medium degree anemia.
The case abstract
We had an honor to accept at our Cell Therapy Clinic of National Medical University and “EmCell” Center Mrs. H. St., DOB 1962. Mrs. H.St. stayed at Cell Therapy Clinic from 18 to 20 of November, 1996.
We have established the following diagnosis:
Ca gl. mammae dx. T2 N1 MO. ER cnegative. Cytostatic syndrome. Medium range anemia.

Erythrocytes - 2.86x1012/l, Hb - 90 g/l. color index - 0.9, thrombocytes - 200x109/l, leukocytes - 3.0x109/l, stebcells - 4%, segmentnuclars - 58%, eosinophils - 1%, lymphocytes - 31%, monocytes - 6%, ESR - 5 mm/hr.

Data of immunological examination is enclosed.
11.18.96. EGC:
Regular sinus rhythm. Diffuse changes of myocardium. Syndrome of early repolarization of ventricles. Partial bundle block.
Mrs. H.St. received a course of Cell Therapy.
11.18.96. Transplantation of human embryonic stem cells (sample 3038 K 503, volume of implanted tissue - 1.64 ml, cells count - 46.7x106/ml, CFU34 - 1.8x106/ml, CFU blasts - 9.7x103/ml) injected intravenously dropwise.
11.19.96. Transplantation of human embryonic stem cells (sample 3038 K 503, implanted tissue volume - 1.64 ml, cells amount - 46.7x106/ml, CFU34 - 1.8x106/ml, CFU blasts - 9.7x103/ml) injected intravenously dropwise.
Recommendations:
1. Mrs. H.St. is recommended to continue the cytostatic therapy, with its probable reinforcement under support of Cell Therapy.
2. The next embryonic stem cells transplantation of this kind according to exacerbation in chemistry tests.

During December - January - February the patient completed course of chemotherapy. She tolerated chemotherapy well without weakness and nausea. Deterioration in blood count was not significant, the course of chemotherapy was not interrupted.
The examination of the patient on February 20.1997 revealed good condition, active behavior in the family, absence of depression.
Recommendation: examination and supportive Cell Therapy in September-October, 1997.
